I am leading the Data Engineering department in Bangalore with Dev, Architect, QA, BA and Devops streams.I am E2E responsible for different components of the cloud-based Amadeus Data platform; which gives autonomy to build data-driven solutions to gain operational and business agility.My R&R includes establishing the vision, mission & roadmap of the department, setting up strong results orientation environment, enabling the team to deliver high-quality, on-time software to the customers, Talent Management etc.

Managing approximately 15+ member team to deliver embedded OS with critical features Key Responsibilities:--Define project life cycle and drive the project through the entire project life cycle including concept, planning and development phases--Define E2E plan/scope, goals and deliverable in collaboration with senior technical members, system architects and stakeholders--Participate in technical research by doing feature analysis, feature prototype--Review quality assurance procedures and take necessary actions--Define, develop and present project milestone documents, setting and communicating clear project expectations to members and stakeholders--Risk management, including risk identification, and execution of mitigation and contingency plan--Interface with clients; manage client expectations and enhancing business through healthy relationship --Design and develop build framework for embedded OS--Manage day-to-day operational aspects --Coach, motivate and supervise team members to achieve high quality results on time.--Participate in brainstorming, review technical as well as management artifacts.
