Human Resources Operations Specialist
Current- First point of contact for employees and managers across Austria, Germany and Switzerland on Hire to Retire service-related queries, issues and resolutions.-Supporting Transitions of H2R processes of Germany, Austria and Switzerland- Interact with HRBP’s in the German language on daily basis to carry out daily task.-SPOC for Germany and Austria cluster- New Joiner package (various employment types) containing employment contracts, remote working contract, data privacy confirmation, personal information sheet, company car user contracts, car policy, commission contract for Sales employees.- Experienced in using tools like SAP, WORKDAY, ACONSO, SNOW, D365, DocuSign and Periscope-Contract amendments for promotion, position change, salary change, department change, FTE-change.- Confirmation of resignations, preparation of termination letters, confirmation of maternity and parental leave.- Reference letters (via system).- Sound knowledge of Labour laws and human resource of different countries like India, Germany, Austria and Switzerland- End of probation period confirmation letter.- Vacation balance confirmation letter (for leavers).- Benefits confirmation letters (childcare, etc.).- Employee referral confirmation letter.
