Specialized in Software Engineers/Architects, SAP, Database Architects/Developers/Administrators, Network/System/Security Engineers, Web Developers, Quality Assurance/Test Engineers, Development Managers, PeopleSoft and Business Analysts. Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other strategies. Determine candidate suitability by conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews, educational qualification, work history, reference check and skill set. Worked with Sr. management team on resource needs and locations for varying skill sets Flexible in working with W2, C2C and Fulltime Job roles with all consultants on different visa such as USC, GC, GC EAD, H1B, H4 EAD, E3, L2 EAD, OPT EAD, TN (Treaty Nafta)

Flexible in working with W2, CTC and Fulltime Job roles with all consultants on different visa suchas USC, GC, GC EAD, H1B, H4 EAD, E3, L2 EAD, OPT EAD, STEM OPT, TN (Treaty Nafta).5. Personally, screen every profile before submission to the account managers.6. Expertise in Reformatting candidates or consultants resumes according to the clients need.7.
