-Managed 13 Philanthropy Directors who each oversee the philanthropic events within their chapters of 200 members.-Implemented a Philanthropy Committee of 12 Highly involved members of the Panhellenic Community.-Developed a Fall and Spring Philanthropy Calendar of the Philanthropic events hosted by various chapters. -Led round table discussions over Philanthropic efforts within the Panhellenic Community.-Created and Implemented a new system that tracks attendance of 4000 members across 13 events per semester.-Collaborated with 8 team members within the Panhellenic Executive Council. -Supervised weekly meetings of the Panhellenic Delegation.-Advised the philanthropy directors through various issues as they arose.

- Communicated with customers to determine their event, event space, and catering needs and made appropriate suggestions.
