Integrated over 20 pet care centers for a startup company within the first 4 months of operation, expanding to 37 centers within the first year. Developed and implemented new center integration plan, including assembling and managing integration team; created company-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs); developed and implemented center manager and regional manager training programs and playbooks. Orchestrated systems implementation including but not limited to operating, scheduling, AP submission, and purchasing card platforms. Additionally, revitalized underperforming locations by deploying and leading special operations teams with the goal of enhancing team morale, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, safety and cleanliness standards, marketing initiatives, cost reduction, revenue generation, and profitability through individualized business plans.
