Additionally, manage personnel records for a team of 20, prepare individual performance reports, and provide crucial guidance and assessments to leadership• Lead, supervise, counsel, and manage a team of twenty soldiers, advising on professional development, ensuring platoon compliance with military standards and regulations, resulting in all-around proficiency and career advancement.• Plan, lead, and advise CBRN mock missions for my team(20); employ conventional and unconventional warfare tactics, techniques and procedures during operations; Provide emergency, routine, and long-term safety for team. Mock mission is trailed real time and analyzed on execution and success rate• Responsible for training personnel, assessing risks, managing protective gear, enforcing safety procedures, monitoring threats, coordinating decontamination, supporting emergency response, and maintaining documentation

Responsible for managing entire Honor Guard team and organization. This involves effective communication with higher-ranking officials, event organizers, and the public.• Responsible for ordering, tracking, expensing, and distributing GSA (Government Vehicles), laptops, uniforms, and all other equipment used by honor guard members to ensuring proper documention.• Enforce and entrust that honor guard members adhere to proper protocol and etiquette before, during, and after ceremonies. This includes knowledge of flag etiquette, military customs, and appropriate behavior and attire during events. Responsible for written and verbal write-up’s if members fail to perform effectively • Manage and supervise ten direct reports, duties include coordinating members for ceremonies and funerals, conducting morale days, assigning various duties, ensuring admin tasks are complete, keeping service tracker up to date and fostering a sense of teamwork and discipline.• Responsible for preparing and executing level 1, 2, & 3 trainings for yearly team recertifications to ensure that honor guard members are correctly trained and maintain a high level of proficiency in ceremonial drills, customs, and traditions; also includes hosting consistent practice sessions and slatting time for monthly trainings with and for the entire team

• Establish and maintain a positive relationship with prospecting partners, organizations, and other entities to enhance retention for the Army • Adapt to and successfully resolve roadblocks and challenges that arose during the enlistment process. Assist candidates through the proper milestones, ensuring accurate and efficient processing• Actively seek out potential candidates through various channels, conduct presentations and information sessions to educate about the benefits of military while staying informed about changes in policies, enlistment criteria and benefits to accurately support enlistment completion • Complete and maintain accurate records of potential recruits, including personal information, test scores, medical history, background checks, and confidential information, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is complete accurately and submitted on time
