Plan, execute and oversee all aspects and budgets of corporate events including conventions, social parties and celebrations, small business meetings, room blocks, and related event functions and billing.Prepare and distribute timely correspondence to customers and internal colleagues, event orders and all related documentation as well as maintain all related files.Collaborate with Culinary & Banquet Teams to create innovative menus and events proposals to continually improve revenue and profit margins while maintaining quality.Maintain consistent verbal and written communications with clients and internal staffFull supervision of events from conception to execution to ensure quality and timely events with full collaboration from outside event professionals, client preference and in house staffCreate budgets and oversee finances for all events producedService the large Corporate Events (2,000+ attendees), Board Meetings, Incentive Retreats, Holiday Parties, as well as many other social functions
