• Providing legal advice and suggestion for all departments.
• Coordinate with foreign lawyer for providing, reviewing and revising business agreement / contract and related legal documents.
• Doing research on regulations and laws newly enacted or announced in Thailand relevant to business of the company and notifying to management and involved person.

• Prepare, review, draft, comment and revise business agreement / contract including legal documents both Thai and English to Panasonic Group in Thailand (e.g. Sale and Purchase Agreement, Service Agreement, Lease.
• Provide legal advice and support to Panasonic Group in Thailand with respect to legal matters.
• Prepare and conduct legal and compliance training.
• Support the company secretarial services regarding to company’s meeting.
• Monitor all operation of company’s business comply with laws and regulations.
• Participate in the meeting, project team and concerned person.

• Prepare, review, draft, comment and revise business agreement including legal documents both Thai and English.
• Providing legal advice and opinion to operational with respect to legal matters including analyze legal risks and legal concerns.
• To ensure the operation of the company’s business comply with laws and regulations.
• Monitor processes and procedures for the submission of management’s documents.
• Participate in the meeting, project team and concerned person.
• Conducting legal research for new laws and regulations.

• Providing all kinds of Bank’s agreement both corporate and individual including guarantee agreement, mortgage agreement.
• Apply collateral registration with government sectors (e.g. Department of Lands, Bank of Thailand, Ministry Industrial of Thailand)
• Oversee and be responsible for the legal transactions and ensure its compliance with law, regulations of Bank of Thailand and the internal policies of Bank.
• Providing advice / suggestion to all departments.
• To deal and coordinate with customers and government sector.
