Maintain a warehouse of 100K square feet along with warehouse inventory ranging from 5000 to 7000 SKU’s. Make sure that the warehouse staff follows appropriate procedures that ensure optimal utilization of resources. Oversee inventory and coordinate shipping procedures along with ensure that all company products are moved from the storage area to the retail point in a safe and timely manner. Ensure that every warehouse employee follows predefined security procedures effectively. Prepare products for shipping purposes and Monitor and assist loading and unloading of goods. Retrieve outgoing freight on shipping docks and ensure warehouse maintenance.  Manage documentation associated with shipping processes. Evaluate materials performances to ensure durability and economy. Prepare for the cycle count and stock count Reconciliation using WMS. Accountable for the relocation to maximize available locations and replenishment of stocks. Keep track of the company’s vehicle fleet and ensure that regular maintenance is carried out. Oversee safe operations and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment. Assist in developing policies and procedures to direct the operations of the warehouse. Investigate and report warehouse operational discrepancies.Document Control  I am responsible for the effective and efficient document control of all Project related site documents. Daily routine activities of Document Control, including maintain tracking schedule for all technical submittals. (Contractor approval, Shop drawings, material submittals, Document submittal, Method statements, Work notification etc.) Receive submittals from contractor & verify all required documents are attached in submittal Distribute the document to the respective people. (Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Engineers, etc.) Through proper records and transmittal sheets. Make Data Entry of received documents & notify Pending submittals to the site staff in periodically. Provide work related documents for Site Inspectors and Engineers from Contractor and Company.  Expedite the return of documents and approvals or comments within the required time period from internal and external parties to whom they have been issued or distributed. Keep proper filing system for all technical submittals. Ensure that Project Team and contractors comply with the document management system process and procedures. Ensure the latest revision & approval status of documents / drawings is updating continuously.
