In this role I am responsible to consolidate and gather intelligence from the reports and provide insights to the leadership and management in our organization. Provide regular updates and summary based on current state of business. I also adapt to quick and ad-hoc requirements from our leaders. And coordinate with our stakeholders and analytics team to achieve the desired results and data insights.I have now consolidated reports from multiple teams and automate reports there by reducing FTE hours on reporting activates by 2-3 hours on daily basis. Managing reports and updating management with findings so that leaders can take immediate action to prevent any risk of daily operations failure or increase TAT for the deliverables or quality.By working with the leadership and management to achieve required business outcomes, I am more confident and helps me improve my skills set in this role.

As part of supplier management team at Allstate, I was responsible meeting every sourcing contracts ensure due diligence risk assessments are delivered in a timely fashion or expediated as per the compliance policy. Overall I have managed and ensured stakeholders requests are meet and satisfactory. With my implementation of the reports I have built and regular communication with our stakeholders, I was able to reduce and manage the cycle time by 30%-40%. Led idea generation and collaboration with the team, automating 80% of the process. Collaborating with upstream and downstream to streamline the workflows and automate the process. I have wrote macros & data cleaning which led to development and implementation process transformations.By these I have learned to use tools and gained the skill and experience required though multiple Report automation projects, which helps to advance my career.Together with Risk, governance, additional automation activates, reporting and data analysis I have gained valuable skills and experience with the support of the management and teams.
