In Lifeclinic International my role was to setup and manage the offshore software engineering team in India and reporting to Chief Technology Officer.Lifeclinic international was a leader in automated, blood pressure monitors and health stations.I created the team in India to completely takeover the software development work of health kiosks and customize them for the needs of different geographies.

For a year I worked as an independent consultant and provided expert advice to various small IT and non IT companies and guided them optimize their IT resources and how IT could be used to enhance their business and increase their web presence. Also guided them to create training modules for the in-house teams to build a domain expertise. I also provided consultancy to do feasibility study and overall project estimation and planning.

Inquiseo was a startup and here we were working on creating a new framework flexible enough to cater to various industries and departments. This framework could be used for project management/planning, resource management for HR department and at the same time could be used for infrastructure planning in telecom sector etc.

In Destiny Networks I was working on developing Digital Home Control System the Ubiquity™ configurable software application which provides the ability to monitor and control home electronics including: home theaters, whole house music, security system lights and windows, Even we can create time-based events, or simply walk into a room and let this hands-free automation do everything for us.

I started my full time career with TMI and worked on Symbian series 60 framework and remote monitoring of manufacturing process software solutions.
