Advocate for the rights of undergraduate students both internally within the university, and externally with government, to ensure that students' needs are being met and to improve quality and access to post-secondary education. Oversee two campus committees, the Student Rights Advisory Committee and the Campus Advocacy Committee.

Regularly contribute theatre, music and book reviews, author interviews, and other creative articles.

Engage in community outreach; develop resources for student survivors of gendered and sexual violence, rooted in social justice and intersectionality; facilitate workshops for the Sexual Violence Response Certificate; monitor and update social media accounts; create publicity materials (e.g., posters, resources, brochures); and support programming for the sexual violence prevention portfolio.

Responsible for facilitating residence-wide programming that supports academic success and personal growth at Laurier. Implement the residential curriculum and act as a programming resource for Dons throughout the year. Assess, report and create programming and documentation that responds to community needs and student trends based on collected data.

Oversaw the Sustainability and Social Change Council (SSCC), a student council comprised of first-year students. The council is designed to introduce and further goals set by Laurier's Sustainability Office, and highlight themes of social justice and equality. Managed the council and aided first-year students in growing their leadership, EDI, and sustainability skills. Assisted the council in the production of integrated programming, which sought to engage first-year students, get them involved in sustainability and EDI initiatives, and connect them with campus resources.

Assisted ODSP clients with their inquiries and issues, independently managed the front desk, provided aid to clients over the phone, and advocated for ODSP clients' best interests and needs.

Participated in multiple workshops on theatre and performance criticism, then attended and reviewed multiple performances at the 2021 Digital Fringe Festival, the 2022 Next Stage Theatre Festival, and the 2022 Fringe Festival. Published performance critiques on the Toronto Fringe’s platforms, and was a jurist for the New Young Reviewers Award.

Provided consulting for clients, and executed social media campaigns plus multimedia development and copywriting.

July-August 2020: Coordinated a virtual book club, and created other original programming and activities for children and teens aged 11-17.August 2019: Managed a cabin of 11-12 year olds at an overnight leadership course. I led activities, conducted team-building, ensured punctuality and cohesion, and oriented students and parents on departure and pick-up days.
