Responsible for supervising the routine daily maintenance of all slot equipment, ticket printer technology, including but not limited to new game installation, system games installation and player tracking hardware installation. This position will train entry level technician and maintenance personnel in basin installation, troubleshooting and repair of above listed equipment.I have supervised and run the Project Shift for Soboba since my start as supervisor. I have overseen and managed EGM installations, Conversions, Software Upgrades, Software Audits, Sign installations, by personnel or by vendor, and EGM moves.During the months of April to August I led the system change project from IGT Advantage to ATI Oasis. This was a 7 day project that went very successfully with minor to no hiccups.From January to February I led the Casino transfer to the new Soboba Casino Resort. This included transferring at least 100 or more games a day to the new resort. With shipping permits from the gaming commission, and verification of all serial numbers on machines were correct.

The Slot Technician will analyze and respond to a variety of customer service related issues. Technicians are responsible for the repair and maintenance of component level electronic circuitry in gaming devices.
