Sep 2003 - PresentAbu Dhabi• Employee’s Medical Insurance card, Medical claim, Workmen compensation and Site Accident Claim processing with deferent insurance companies.• Addition and Deletion of Insurance cards: Prepare to sent the soft copy of required documents and excel sheet to Insurance Company • Check the Invoices, issue payment order to Finance department.• Arranging Continuity Certificate if required• Checking all the pharmacy invoices, compare the prices with HAAD list.• Schedule meeting with the insurance companies during contract renewal time. Compare the quotations and Contracts• Record all necessary information from the Staff Performance Appraisal Forms submitted and file them as per norms• Salary increment and Bonus calculation• Manage the filing, storage and security of documents• Supervise customer services and respond to staff, suppliers inquiries• Maintain the candidates follow up register by update it with all relevant information relating to all stages of recruitment from interview call, up to probation end of any candidate, accurately and in time.• Generate Joining Status Report and all relevant reports as needed.• Update and maintain files of Recruitment Agencies Agreements, CV recorded, etc...• Ensure the completeness of the submitted documents relating to the newly appointed candidates, record all the necessary information, copy, file and submit them to the Personnel Department for further Visa processes immediately• Maintain related records like, manpower requirement statements, list of interviewers, etc... Process weekly reports on interviews / appointments done, etc• Liaise with Personnel and Accounts Department, obtain status of process of documents submitted and update the information in the candidate follow-up file• Create and maintain all employee personnel files both in hard copy and electronically. • Update and maintain all job descriptions.
