Maintaining good working relationship with the customer.Apply knowledge of insurance policy lifecycle and insurance business to technical and architecture requirements to ensure sound business solutions design in the sales cycle.Support demos and proofs of concepts during the sales cycle.Respond to technical queries and questions from the prospects during oral presentations and through Request for Information and Request for Proposal processes.Ensure architectural consistency and coherence between technical and business processes and ensure smooth handoff to the delivery Solution Architects.Understand problem domain and document in design documents.
