Maintenance management experience - Collect and organize the maintenance data , to issue KPI's reports , overall equipment efficiency(OEE) reports , machine history sheets , presentations , requirements of the maintenance department- Ensuring the implementation of the maintenance schedules for operational maintenance activities- Able to modify the schedules and the programs of maintenance according to situations and producer recommendations (Preventive plan scheduling and execution in a professional manner)- Handling spare parts inventory and ordering- Submit monthly and yearly expenses report for machines maintenance costs and department overheads- Responsible for the communication with production in matters of breakdown of the plant machinery- ensure safe & good working of Equipments & Technicians- provide support during trouble shooting to Technicians· Maintenance Experience- Maintain operation and control panels for production and packing lines.- Maintain instruments and sensors and programming its digital meters like flow meters, pressure sensors , temp sensors- Repair inverters, PLC, touch screen and Scada problems.- Good knowledge about servo motors and servo drives.- Programming PLC types Hitachi , siemens , B&R types - Keep running well low voltage, medium voltage and transforms.- Understand production equipment and its effect upon product quality.- Electric maintenance for boilers, air compressor, equipment, pumps and waste water treatment . - Maintain packing equipment like weighing M/C, bagging M/C - Good knowledge about electronics, microcontrollers, microprocessors electronic boards and its problems.- HVAC equipments (Chillers, air hand, DX units for cooling rooms & cooling tunnels).
