Local network maintenance and installation including cabling, switches and NIC configuration TCP/IP, NAT, TCP/IP printing, windows network and domain services on TCP/IP• Install and Configure Microsoft OS Window XP, Windows 7 and MAC OSX• Install and configure MS Office 2003, Office 2007 and Office 2010• Install and configure desktop and laptop computers for main offices as well as ACF projects • Install and configure network devices for ACF main office and projects• Regular maintenance of all hardware.• Providing frontline helpdesk support to users. • Maintain network security.• Trouble Shooting Users computer for Windows/AntiVirus and software update• Configuration/Trouble Shooting Microsoft Outlook• Maintenance of Network Printers• Services quality management and performance• Server configuration / installation• Troubleshooting as needed. • Maintain network/domain security – including anti-virus;• Maintenance and support of VSAT/PABX system; • Provide basic training in local facilities and services; • Provide end-user computing support services including product evaluation, troubleshooting and helpdesk functions Servicing.• Maintain performance of communication equipment for wired and wireless.• Administrate website, Cisco Switches (Catalyst 2960), DNS server and TMG Server.• Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.• Utilize project management tools to track progress and recognize key risk areas for specific implementations
