Egypt

• Perform All kinds of cement testing ( Mixing , Rheology , Fluid Loss, Free water , Static Settling Test , Dynamic Settling Test , Thickening Time Test, Crush Test , UCA Test, SGS Test , QA/QC for All cementing chemicals.• Preparing required test kits for specific chemical analysis at job sites• Supporting the technology transfer process• Applying and employing best practice policies• Instructing company personnel in the correct test equipment use and the interpretation of test results• leading field labs• Implementing best practices on testing procedures and equipment calibration• Maintaining lab equipment for accurate and safe use• Maintaining responsibility for lab personnel (evaluations, training)• Providing dual reports to PSL operations managers and to a technology manager.• Promoting safety awareness and complying with all applicable safety procedures and regulations• Testing chemicals as needed for specific applications• Monitoring lab chemical inventory status and ordering necessary lab chemicals.• Familiar with Chandler Engineering and FANN equipment’s.
