Estimating the number of employees required for the organization in a particular department after discussing with the HOD. Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of the existing level of competencies. Organizing induction programmes for the new joiners; facilitating Management Development Programs including technical and soft-skills training programs.Coordinating in implementation of increment, incentive & other remuneration policies. Handling promotions, up gradations, transfers, and annual revisions, full & final settlements.Coordinating with P & A department for compliance, audits conducted by external agencies.Involve people for various activities like National Festival celebrations, sports & cultural activities.Coordinate & manage the Full & Final Settlement with the help of finance division and sending circular to other departments at the time of relieving of an employee.Providing monthly payroll inputs like number of New hires along with their CTC Break ups and date of Joining, number of Separations along with Date of relieving and CTC details, Head Count tally, Leaves, business travel and LOP details, Full and Final Settlements, Promotions and Increments, arrears etc. to the Payroll consultant.Generating Salary documents according to Wages Protecting System (WPS) and coordinating with the bank for Salary Transfer of the employeesGeneration of reports pertaining to Manpower Strength, Recruitment, Attrition, transfers etc.
