- Contracts preparation, negotiations, and finalization.- Contracts administration including financial issues and claims arise during project execution.- Tenders and offers preparation.- Received offers evaluations. - Participation in dispute settlement occurred in Cairo Regional Center for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).

- Assure that all required raw materials are in warehouse and inspected with Q.C. dept. - Follow up and supervision work progress.- Assuring that QC dept. follows the project Inspection Test Plan (ITP).- Coordinate between all project participants, i.e. engineering dept., procurement dept., production dept., Q.C. dept., ….etc.- Direct and follow the invoices issued by the financial dept. in the contractual time.- Assure that the invoice value is collected. - Arrange for a weekly meeting with all project participants to discuss the project progress and take necessary action (when required).- Attend the Client meetings to discuss the project progress and update schedule by the planner.- Check if there is any variation order or claims rise with-in any project period to take the necessary action. - Assure that goods in the required quality and erectable before dispatch.
