• Perform risk based financial, compliance and operational audits set out in the annual audit plan;• Assist in risk assessment to identify the Company's risk exposure and mitigating controls already in place;• Test the existing controls in place, identify control gaps and recommend action plan to address the risks where controls are weak;• Ensure the compliance to Company's policies and procedures;• Use audit software to perform financial and trend analysis;• Draft Internal Audit Reports;• Prepare audit programs and detailed audit work papers incorporating test schedules, observations, and audit conclusions;• Ensure all work papers contain sufficient supporting documentation and have been properly referenced on Autoaudit (audit software);• Comply with Quality Assurance checklists to ensure that working papers are complete and serve as a stand-alone reference to support audit findings;• Assist the seniors in preparing audit committee and other presentations;• Assist in follow-up on previously reported audit findings and updating Auto audit for all areas;• Assist the company external auditors in conducting the assigned reviews as part of the audit synchronization plan;• Assist in special jobs/ fraud investigation reviews whenever needed.
