Roles and Responsibilities:▪ Leading and managing a group of Engineers/ technicians / Riggers▪ Technical Support for new hiring Engineers. ▪ Receive the new WOs from customer.▪ Assign and distribute work to Teams.▪ Follow material delivery based on SCO for sites.▪ Coordinate and follow up execution of project activities such as site survey, site acquisition, site preparation, installation, testing, acceptance, etc. as assigned to ASPs Authorized Service Providers.▪ Interface with site owner to steer the project towards its goals, while at the same time keeping full control of time, cost, characteristics and deliverables.▪ Prepare and send Daily report to Project manager show how is the project going.▪ Produce and submit the progress report to both internal managers and customers to inform about the current status including obstacles and assistance needed.▪ Use all RA tools (SRS&IMK&ERITOP).▪ Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.▪ Follow with Quality team to finish sites as STC Standard.▪ Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.▪ 5G Asipration activity as below.➢ Swap Exist antenna with 30 port antenna (Commescope & Rosenberger).➢ Swap exist TCU & SIU with Router 6672.➢ Swap FDD & TDD Technology to BB6630 Or BB5216 as SCO.➢ DUW Additional.➢ 2G Shutdown.➢ Accept site with RSC Team.➢ Working on Tools Guidelines SL, SRS, IMK , Eritop.➢ Prepare Binders for sites with all data and civil design.

Lead and coach a team of engineers and technicians to achieve corporate goals for network field maintenance department.- Co-ordinate works with other operation work areas management e.g. Front Office Manager, back office Manager, Service Delivery Manager, etc.- Responsible for Field Maintenance performance as per contractual KPI’s e.g. Mean time to repair.- Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure they are performing in according with service levelagreement. This implies the need to have regular meeting with the Subcontractors.- Project Manager for various maintenance and quality projects from scope/resource planning to monitor task implementation till acceptance and closure.- Handle specific projects such as Investigations, Coverage survey, and network strength surveys, enhancement and standardization of equipment wiring & labeling. - Perform Preventative Maintenance periodical visits to the BTS sites to prevent future defects could happen to the Vodafone sites and collects actual data of the equipment on site. - Managing fixed accounts failure from MW transmission prospective.- Reporting critical actions to the higher level management [ Manager, Senior Manger] - Efficient handling of trouble tickets system, to check, update and resolved trouble tickets.- Handling spare parts inventory.- Co-ordinate works with other operation work areas management.- Support other parts of the organization to resolve outages and incidents

Receive Trouble Tickets from service managements to respond as quickly as possible to prevent network BTS failure and minimizing down times aiming to keep the Network Availability at the standard level• Assuring that The BTSs are working in its best performance and capabilities from the hardware aspect through the Network Management Center trouble tickets• Perform Preventative Maintenance periodical visits to the BTS sites to prevent future defects could happen• Responsible for hardware planned activities like upgrades, downgrades, offloads, new Links, and expansions.• Responsible for BTS faults and escalations to other faults if necessary to other departments• Reporting critical actions to the higher level management.• Handle specific projects such as Investigations, Coverage survey, and network strength surveys, enhancement and standardization of equipment wiring & labeling. • Work with other departments and teams, like Performance Team in Test Calls, Installation Team in the expansions, Transmission Team by dealing with telecom Egypt Maintenance Teams, Facility Maintenance Department in dealing with A/C Units and power Equipment, in-house team by dealing with the site owners and I.T Department by connecting links through our BTS microwave links.• Perform Preventative Maintenance periodical visits to the BTS sites to prevent future defects could happen to the Vodafone sites and collects actual data of the equipment on site.• Attend all technical related courses and workshops.• Handling my team technicians in Trouble Shooting and giving them technical advices during their work in sites.• Work in ER// citrix tools (2G, 3G and SOM) to check and configure ER// equipment• Work in HU M2000 (2g and 3G) to monitor HU alarms• Handle all possible issues via TT in BMC Remedy
