Research on available food safety and hygiene training materials. Prepare dairy food safety and hygiene training presentation. Conduct training to dairy producers, milk collectors and milk processors (male and female) on new practical and procedure of dairy food safety and hygiene. Provide information to participants on challenges or barriers of implementing a standards scheme like HACCP, GMP or ISO. Train participants on set up documentation and proper record keeping of food safety and hygiene procedures. The purpose of this position is to prepare a curriculum and training materials for ensuring proper hygiene, safe handling, and biosecurity with poultry flock management for the farmers (male and female), poultry meat processors and poultry input suppliers. Undertake the main responsibility for all Livestock Development aspects of the project in all provinces inside the country, Undertake and responsible for the UHT and Dairy Products Plant Project which is funded by/CARD-F/MAIL. Work with students about their related livestock research project.
Livestock Monitoring Officer
Provide technical assistance for Partner Organization to build their knowledge regarding livestock rearing and health. Coordinate health inspection process with vet doctors as needed while keeping maintaining the relevant documentation of this Process and relevant reports to present upon request.
