Our mission within the ISV Ecosystem Team is to enable our ISV's to extend and expand their IP to drive the most value from their solutions as possible. We look to accomplish this through the use of Oracle Technology and Cloud Services (PaaS and IaaS), as well as a wide variety of Go-To-Market strategies to drive real business growth. By developing additional distribution models and uncovering solutions to drive greater functionality, we help our ISV's generate additional revenue streams in a fiscally responsible manner. As an ISV consultant at Oracle, I help software developing companies enrich and bring the maximum amount of value to their IP as possible. I have assisted software companies who are experiencing challenges scaling their database, addressing Big Data analytics, and migrating from on-prem to Cloud infrastructure. I also enhance partner products by embedding Oracle solutions. - Provide scalability to enable partners to grow as their customer base grows- Consolidate IT environments to simplify enterprise management- Ensure partners meet SLAs through high availability, security, and disaster recovery solutions

Nuvolex is a start-up ISV based in Palo Alto. I was the first to be brought on to build out their sales and marketing branch since they had no current sales or marketing representatives. I was tasked with both inside and outside sales rep responsibilities. My job responsibilities included generating new business as well as managing existing accounts to push the company into revenue. Additionally I was tasked with building out all sales and marketing tools such as SalesForce, Yesware etc. to help create a streamlined sales cycle and easy to manage pipeline. I met with potential new customers regularly to demo the platform and move them forward in the sales cycle. In addition, I was responsible for updating their website as well as getting an explainer overview video done for the company. I was tasked with updating social media sites and increasing our SEO.

Responsibilities include involvement with SDR team, West Field Team, and Corporate Sales. For my SDR work the main responsibilities I held were cold calling potential new leads and following up on inbound leads that could create opportunities for Cloudera. I also work with the West Field Team shadowing Senior Director of Sales, Patrick Ball, trying to constantly expand our territory and obtain new clients for Cloudera.
