My litigation experience in the transportation industry is significant, having successfully handled one of the nation's largest waste disposal companies with all its Georgia litigation for the past 17 years. Further, I have authored articles appearing in The Transportation Lawyer and Risk and Insurance and am a member of the American Trucking Association and the Transportation Lawyers Association. In addition to the transportation and trucking industries, I have also amassed valuable national trial experience in premises liability, product liability, nursing home and long-term care, and medical malpractice.
