I have 30+ years of experience in design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training systems and performance support tools. I currently lead the customer care (aka tech support) function for the Xyleme platform. Prior to Xyleme, I was a Curriculum Design Manager at Amgen, a global biotechnology company. He also founded a consulting group with Dr. Allison Rossett and Dr. Bob Hoffman at San Diego State, bringing together faculty, professional staff, and talented graduate students to create innovative applications of learning technology for clients. I've successfully built and managed teams of learning professionals. Having spent most of his career at the intersection of technology and learning, he has personally designed and developed custom web-based, blended, and CD-ROM training for clients such as Amgen, Ford Motor Company, the Internal Revenue Service and San Diego State University.
