Managing L2 Triage Team to provide immediate critical operations capacity. Leading target operating model design to support growth from 100k to 20m devices. Worked with Service Management Leads in development of resourcing and training plans.UK TelCo & Broadcaster – Insight Platform – Programme Manager: Managed multiple Insight Projects totalling c. £2m in Capex. This included large, critical deliveries linked to primary operations and supported c. £120m in annual revenues; as well as smaller innovative, yet far more complex projects. Management of Portfolio to deliver within budget, resource constraints and scope. Stakeholders included Directors, Heads of Department and Business Owners.Innovation Programme– Network Optimisation Intelligence PoC – Networks SME: Proof of concept to significantly improve network efficiency by optimising Energy, Dynamic Routing and Resource Allocation. A bespoke, and subsequently Patented Machine Learning algorithm was developed to manage virtualised network functions. In modelled scenarios, based on live traffic, efficiency increases of 25+% were achieved.
