Led development activities of multiple oil/lubrication pump programs for automotive and off-highway applications. A wide range of hands-on engineering responsibilities included concept analysis, design completion, creation of CAD models and drawings, prototype procurement and assembly, test fixture design/procurement/assembly, dynamometer performance and durability testing, data acquisition, test report publication, and development/implementation of production line equipment and procedures. Project management responsibilties included timeline creation and milestone tracking to monitor progress and maintain alignment with customer timelime requirements.

Nichols Portland Division

Developed calibrations for dual clutch transmission (DCT) systems, working closely with the OEM customer's engineers and managers in both in-vehicle and dynamometer environments.

Developed automatic transmission calibrations for current and forward model vehicle programs using in-vehicle and dynamometer environments.

Led design and release activities of multiple automatic transmission clutch components, working closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers to manage design changes, durability testing requirements, and production timing.
