CurrentContract administration / customer support for a design manufacturer of custom high-performance motion control products utilized in the aerospace and defense industry.• Over 20 years of contract administration for domestic & international customers within commercial, defense and aerospace industries in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment• Successful execution of Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) contracts with most major prime contractors • Develops product pricing & pricing strategies in a custom design engineering manufacturing environment• Develops quotes, proposal and bid packages to fulfill RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in a timely manner• Builds strong professional customer relationships for continued business growth • Negotiates customer purchase orders reviewing contractual requirements & terms and conditions against company policies to reduce company exposure• Ensured compliance with FAR & DFAR requirements, quality requirements, and export requirements for both ITAR and EAR99 products supporting defense, aerospace and industrial customers• Experienced in inside sales functions developing customers from initial inquiry through final delivery of product contributing to the divisional sales goals• Primary point of contact between the customer and internal customers, interfacing with all functional departments including senior management to resolve customer issues to provide exceptional customer satisfaction• Coordinates with manufacturer representatives to meet sales goals within territories
