Communicat are a partner of MYOB with its core business in MYOB package distribution. In my role as a senior ERP consultant I work closely with clients to understand their businesses, needs and goals, and scope packages and customisations to best meet those needs. I am the primary client liaison, acting as conduit between clients and programmers, bringing together my technical ERP knowledge with my expertise in business analysis and client service. I am responsible for managing the end-to-end client process through to go-live and handover to the support department.Leading talented project teams, I have helped deliver best practice MYOB ERP solutions for a broad range of clients, from SMEs to larger clients across diverse sectors including resources, telecommunications and FMCG. This consultancy was the ERP software arm of the portfolio of companies I developed and jointly operated. In the course of my previous ventures, my business partner and I recognised a gap in the automation systems market for ERP software. We sourced a suitable ERP software provider and created a distributor relationship operating as Coin Consulting. I owned joint responsibility for end-to-end business administration, client management, and management of sales and technical teams. I jointly developed a diverse international client portfolio for ERP including clients in South Africa and Saudi Arabia, with solutions including translation to Arabic. My focus was in integrating the end-to-end client relationship management process, involving sales and technical teams in the scoping and client management process to be able to provide highly customised solutions that delivered on client needs.
