This consultancy was the ERP software arm of the portfolio of companies I developed and jointly operated. In the course of my previous ventures, my business partner and I recognised a gap in the automation systems market for ERP software. We sourced a suitable ERP software provider and created a distributor relationship operating as Coin Consulting. I owned joint responsibility for end-to-end business administration, client management, and management of sales and technical teams. I jointly developed a diverse international client portfolio for ERP including clients in South Africa and Saudi Arabia, with solutions including translation to Arabic. My focus was in integrating the end-to-end client relationship management process, involving sales and technical teams in the scoping and client management process to be able to provide highly customised solutions that delivered on client needs.

I jointly established and operated a successful automation design consultancy, working closely with our existing interior design consultancy, Setout City. Clients included large high-profile organisations including an iconic casino and a global serviced-apartment network.

Building on the success of Supreme Kitchens Australia, I established and operated an associated design consultancy business for the shop-fitting industry. I oversaw 7 draftsmen in conjunction with our other group companies (Joinery Automation and Coin Consulting for ERP software).

When I took over this family business, it was a modest operation. I built the business to grow steadily, employing 65+ staff and contractors.
