From 2014 I run my own Blog which I wrote regular lifestyle posts, product reviews and online content. My blog was a platform for me to improve my creative writing and gain experience in content creation during my time studying for my degree in Journalism & Digital Media. I used social media platforms to share my content and build on an audience of my content. This also improved by social media marketing skills and learn techniques and strategies for improving traffic to my content. On occasion I was sent products to review by businesses and my photography was shared on their own social media.

I worked in a social care setting after finishing College after wanting to build on some life and work experience during a Gap in my education. I continued to work in this setting whilst studying for my Degree In Journalism & Digital Media to not only provide myself with an income other than Student Finance but to gain confidence and life experience. I continued this during my study as I found the work rewarding looking after vulnerable adults and the elderly. In my time during this role, I complete 2 NVQ Level two courses and gained a good ethic and skills which are essential and transferable in any work setting. This helped me develop time management skills and how to cope in a fast paced work environment and at times challenging experiences which helped me to manage sensitive tasks and fulfil them to be best possible standard. Along side this I gained knowledge through training in Health & Safety, Quality control, Dementia and challenging behaviour training.
