Coordinate the delivery of quality professional development and Science of Reading coaching for K-5 teachers in the two largest school districts in the nation using the Core Knowledge Language Arts and Caminos bi-literacy curricula and the mCLASS DIBELS 8 and mCLASS Lectura literacy assessments.Core Knowledge Language Arts is a K-5 Structured Literacy curriculum that systematically and explicitly teaches phonemic awareness, phonics, decoding/encoding, fluency, language comprehension, and writing in a sequential, and integrated approach.Student outcomes are measured using the mCLASS DIBELS 8 and mCLASS Lectura assessments to help teachers and administrators make data-informed decisions about how tailor instruction, intervention, and progress monitoring to each students' needs.

- Lead all organizational, clinical, client relations and marketing operations in an established Cognitive Training Center for children, teens and adults with Dyslexia, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Auditory Processing Disorder and Executive Functioning Challenges.- Increase year-to-year student enrollment, revenues and operations including expansion to a second cognitive training center in Boerne, TX and adopting online remote training programs for students outside the San Antonio area.- Establish community relations with behavioral health professionals, educators, doctors and families through networking events, workshops, teacher in-service training and conferences. - Hire, supervise and provide ongoing training and professional development for a team of 15-20 employees, including clinical and administrative staff. - Design training curricula and professional development workshops for clinical and administrative staff including training in sales, behavior management, teaching techniques and customer service.- Maintain contact with clients to inform them of progress and address any concerns as needed. More than 55% of new clients are referred from previous satisfied clients and professionals.- Manage prospective client pipeline using cloud based CRM, task management and email marketing tools.- Develop and implement marketing systems using a variety of media including TV and radio interviews, direct mail, Facebook, SEO/SEM, print ads, email, client newsletters and weekly information seminars.
