Sarah Bee is a Associate Professor at University of Nottingham. Sarah picked up the plant process very quickly and was able to identify problems and used appropriate tools and techniques to get to the root cause. Sarah was able to effectively manage a demanding workload ensuring that the appropriate amount time was dedicated to each task and effectively communicated with stakeholders her progress." and "Sarah completed an 8 week Internship with Vivergofuels, a BP Biofuels/British Sugar/DuPont joint venture, at our world scale Bio-ethanol production facility. Sarah was set a challenging set of process problems, that had been identified in the first 6 months after start-up of the facility. To successfully complete this work she had to quickly integrate into the Operations team and interact with people at all levels across the organisation, Sarah excelled at this. Her organisation, logical problem solving skills, and high work capacity were also demonstrated as she got to the root cause of the problems. Finally, she ensured the outcome of the problem solving, and the short and long term actions to correct the issues were effectively communicated across the organisation.
