CurrentCreates Reports for Department Heads & Council Members, Assists with Bidding & Procuring Contractors for Sidewalk, Right of Way and Roadway Purchase Orders, Set Up Purchase Orders, Manage all Contractor Payments & Invoices (including Bond Project Payments), Manages Budget & Purchase Information, Completes necessary NC Powell Bill Financial Reporting, In charge of Payroll, including payroll for Emergency Duties assigned to personnel outside our department,Process confidential data including FMLA documentation, Oversee Departmental Open Enrollment for Benefits, Oversees Departmental Employee Evaluations Completion, Office and Personnel Management, Human Resources Liaison Information, Building and Employee Safety, NeoGove Hiring Manager, Completes onboarding documents for New Employees, New Employee Information, New Employee Orientation, Staff Meeting Organization, Conference Room Reservations, Assists with IS related issues, Travel Requests, Expenses and Reimbursements, Completes Turnaround Reports for Employee Promotions, Resignations & Terminations. I also serve as Historian & Secretary for our departmental safety committee.
