Specifically, we aimed to create a SaaS university. We focussed on non-traditional students - those above the age of 25, with working or caring responsibilities. By making learning flexible and better via on-demand learning materials and offering a much cheaper overall experience, we unlock the potential of those traditionally excluded by the higher education industry. We worked using an array of technologies and pedagogical techniques to achieve this, including highly tailored prompt engineering for large language models. Due to the current investment climate, the project has since been put on hold. Show less

I've combined elements of digital marketing conversion, learning experience optimisation principles, and SaaS time-to-value/user success strategies to help create a world-leading learning experience. In particular, I've been able to make a difference in: - ensuring solid UI (applying the usual design paradigms, plus extensive user testing) - working to optimise business processes (rollout of digital features to reduce paperwork and improve the trainee experience)- identifying and designing integrations (API and SSO)- applying my significant expertise in launching new products to maximise awareness and uptake, and ultimately ensure the platform's success.
