I was responsible for all creative art direction, design elements, and collateral produced for National distribution to 350 affiliates and the national office of Big Brother Big Sisters. On a national platform, collateral is used to brand and imprint Big Brothers Big Sisters within the public domain and media. With over $2M impressions annually. Utilize current graphic design software and trends to produce visually stimulating, response-driving material to donors, advocates and constituents; resulting in the recruitment and retention of 250,000 adult mentors and $1.5M in annual donations. Work with nationally known celebrities (Jamie Foxx, Troy Aikman, Miss America 2012 Laura Keppler, Jewel, Tye Murray, Nick Cannon, etc…) to produce public service announcements with national distribution. Produce and design all collateral related to annual national conference with over 2,000 attendees (agency CEO and board members, national staff and national recognized foundations and corporations). Design and produce fund development decks for presentations with multi-million dollar investors to Big Brothers Big Sisters. Ensure creative development is completed and delivered on schedule, accurately and is of high-quality; to create volunteer recruitment ads, postcards, brochures, collateral and various print materials. Conceptualize, create, collect & transfer final art files to printers, ensuring that files meet printer specifications; preflight files to ensure color, type, images, and resolutions are print-ready. Coordinate with, copywriters, account executives, and production managers. Multi-task under pressure to effectively handle tight deadlines, unexpected delays, revisions, and changing priorities.

Assisted the 10th Mountain and 25th Infantry Divisions for Operation Uphold Democracy in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. Aided foreign officials/civilians with concerns over unsanitary conditions and educational issues in Cite Soleil. Organized and utilized the local populace to perform duties including sanitation and construction. Corresponded with USAID to obtain tools and supplies. Distributed schoolbooks, supplies, and constructed desks for the local populace. Organized an educational class in Cite Soleil on the correct use of prophylactics and their protection against STD transmission. Obtained condom supplies with instructions in Haitian Kreyòl and distributed them to the local populace. Served and assisted the IRP (Immediate Reaction Platoon) as their Civil Affairs contingent. Supported the Guns for Cash program.
