As Vice President of Commercial Mortgage Originations, I'm responsible for the origination of Fannie Mae Commercial Mortgage Loans in all U.S. markets. I focus on developing new business and national finance relationships for Arbor's Fannie Mae DUS & FHA Lending Platforms. I have extensive client contact with borrowers and intermediaries including developers, traded and non-traded multifamily REIT's, owners, managers and mortgage brokers. In my 3.5 years with Hypo Real Estate, I gained exposure to all areas of the business including: asset management of a diverse portfolio of real estate loans, managing an underwriting team in the sourcing and structuring of in excess of $1 billion in bridge and construction financing, buying and selling of B-Notes and mezzanine debt and, most recently, loan restructuring and workouts of distressed and defaulted loans.

I spent 6.5 years as AVP of Asset Management for Credit Suiss's Real Estate Opportunity Fund, focused on the following duties: capital raising initiatives, acquisition underwriting and development of business plan, oversight of investments following acquisition with a focus on implementation of business plan (including office, residential, retail and industrial transactions), securing and managing portfolio and asset level financing and positioning assets for sale. I personally worked on secuing and structuring in excess of $3B of financing, across all levels of the capital stack.
