Jamf makes industry leading software for managing Apple products. As a Field Technician, I work directly with customers setting up Tomcat webapps and MySQL servers on Windows, macOS and Linux, along with assisting in integrations with LDAP, SAML, SMTP, and Apple services. I work directly with the customers, developing workflows specific to their environment, teaching best practices, and showing them the Jamf way of management. I also create custom scripts to automate workflows and solve complex problems.I'm certified in all four courses offered by Jamf: Certified Casper Technician, Certified Casper Administrator, Certified Casper Expert, and Certified JSS Administrator.
