• Facilitated exam proctoring of over 200+ students throughout the academic year. Implemented specific guidelines for students to follow when entering exam room. Resulted in proctoring of exam more efficient and university Honor Code adherence. • Assisted in successful teaching and grading of MAN 3025 “Principles of Management,” a class of 1,000+ students. Created Excel sheets and rules for Teaching Assistants to improve student response turn around time. • Constructed and customized an Excel template to be utilized by 45 TAs per course to organize students’ progress throughout 4 months and evaluate performance. Resulted in consistent and timely assessment of student work submission to professor.

Evaluated data, developed, and validated new programs to increase collegiate experience for online students. • Generated a demographic report of our 700+ students to be used by a department to increase advertisement for underrepresented populations in higher education. Discovered that minorities were under enrolled in 8 programs offered. • Examined efficiency level of admissions process for distance learning students by creating Excel reports using student surveys created by Information Officers. Implemented a procedure to personally contact all applicants once a week to grow enrollment. • Support program directors and managers by actively exchanging and contributing ideas.

Assessed Information Technology Controls within SAP, Linux, Oracle, and PeopleSoft databases according to relevant regulations. • Evaluated client-generated SQL queries with output scripts and analysis for 5 clients’ database systems to verify compliance with audit standards and Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Assessed access level reports and provided comprehensive analysis of system layer integrity, emergency change management procedures, batch job outputs, system patches, and other IT functions. Used analysis to mitigate the risk of potential data breaches by recommending pass/fail conclusions for medium- and high-risk Controls. • Selected as the only analyst to support the IT Controls audit of fortune 500 company. Tested IT controls to support the implementation of system updates within 10 days of receipt of requests. Received formal recognition for submitting testing outcomes 3 weeks ahead of schedule and achieving accurate results while working independently during a firm shutdown. • Demonstrated the highest level of accountability and transparency among Risk Assurance intern team. Supported four business departments with shipment coordination, contract terms and conditions, proposal and data analytics, and inventory of $9- $200M per program. Presented recommendations to Aerospace Sector team, including Directors and Vice Presidents.• Created Bill of Materials extracting 24,000+ parts for U.S. Navy and U.S. Government approval. Focused on collecting business requirements: pricing data, lead time, and NRE information from 20+ bidders into Excel file utilizing advanced Excel functions. Simplified project by setting deadlines for specific phases and dividing tasks amongst team members. Submitted to Vice President prior to deadline for auditing to begin. • Conducted 3-monthly inventory cycles of 200+ parts cross-checking SAP with inventory machine to verify quantities and ensure proper material distribution to over 50+ engineers on site. Suggested addition of expiration dates in Global Power Pick software for metal goods to efficiently rotate and continuously update availability during contract closeout activities. • Replaced inefficient data collection process with 3 Excel trackers to maintain overall progress of information provided by suppliers regarding Terms and Conditions, Data Assertion Rights, and Government-Industry Data Exchange Program. Developed Excel sheet to accommodate 30+ embedded documents for maximization and consolidation of information that resulted in 2 departments adopting the new process.
