I am Team Lead of small Team consisting of 5 people. I am responsible for checking the requirements from the customer and assign it to the Team. On weekly basis, I am leading the meetings with client, where we discuss status of requirements. Also we have from time to time meetings with the Team, to discuss the current status and prioritize the requirements from customer. I am also responsible the SAP-SD customizing maintenance activities in the client's system. Ia m participating in solving issues and building new solutions based on requirements.My other duties are:- internal time tracking and change management tool administration: creation of users, deletion of users, data maintenance, preparing of functional design for new functionalities, preparing handbooks, train new joiners- metrics and reporting - I am responsible for summarizing reports and metrics, which are presented to client or use for internal purposes within the company- project management support - project documentation, configuration management, implementation of new processes or rules, improvements suggestionsI speak fluent German and English and use this languages on daily basis.
