I am a journalist specializing in the field of construction and engineering. Since 2004, I have written detailed articles on major infrastructure projects, industry trends and emerging technology. I served as ENR's South America correspondent based in Lima, Peru. During that time, I covered numerous large-scale infrastructure projects across the region including the $5.7 billion Third Lane Expansion of the Panama Canal. In addition, I have been an award-winning newspaper reporter in Southern California, Texas and Louisiana. I also have experience working in marketing and public involvement within the industry including serving as the public information manager for the $1.6 billion I-35E expansion between Dallas and Denton.
