Group Chair (Executive Mentor)
CurrentI was a member of an Executive Agenda group for 16 years where I experienced first-hand the valuable benefits of membership and the EA community. Executive Agenda (EA) is Wisconsin’s oldest and largest membership organization dedicated exclusively to executive development across diverse business functions. I am now part of the EA community again as a Group Chair and Executive Mentor where I can share my life experiences, facilitate group discussion and learning, and help others achieve their professional goals. I ask challenging questions as we work towards understanding root cause and sustainable strategies for success.Currently, EA has more than 525 leaders in 44 groups. These members come from over 325 organizations located in the greater metro areas of Appleton, Green Bay, Madison and Milwaukee. Each group consists of 12-15 people from varied business functions and is led by a seasoned professional. Executive Agenda exists to help its membership—senior managers and executives other than CEOs and presidents—attain high levels of personal and business performance, make superior decisions, and realize improved personal and business results. These outcomes are achieved through continuous learning and leadership development rooted in professionally facilitated, small group discussions and individual coaching.Learn more at executiveagenda.com
