As the Operations Manager for Premium Mountain Rentals, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the store and assist in planning for future growth. My responsibilities include scheduling and maintaining a labor budget, supervising, and motivating rental staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence. I oversee the recruitment, training, and development of store personnel and monitor sales trends to develop strategies that maximize sales. Additionally, I develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, create and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate record-keeping of both retail and rental inventory. I also ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.

As the General Manager for Broken Boundary Adventure, I oversee the day to day operation of our summer biking tours and programs as well as our winter snowmobiling tours and rentals. Along with the day to day operations, I manage our point of sale systems, sales and marketing channels, and future growth and development opportunities.

As an Operations Development Advisor for Select Contracts, I assist with planning, designing and implementing new operational procedures, instrumental in the success of the development/attraction from pre-operations to opening and ongoing operations.
