best minds in manufacturing technology, production processes, product development, quality and materials science.As co-founder and head of network, my day to day activities included:• Growing the network from 0 to 500 technology experts and consultants • Acquisition of experts and project management for our key accounts (German automotive OEM as well as several big industrial companies) • Developing and testing a SaaS pricing strategy on both the customer and expert side to replace the standard pay as you go model

ShearoProof® was a quality management system that utilized Shearography technology to do precise material testing without the high investment costs of existing systems.As co-founder and CEO of Shearoproof, I was responsible for the commercial side of the business while my co-founder handled the technological aspect of the product. My day to day activities included:
• Go to market and product strategy considering the novel use of
 this technology for industrial and manufacturing use• Pricing (including development of a SaaS model for the hardware and complete quality management software suite)• Search and acquisition of investors (>1 Million Euros Investment)• Acquisition, management and on site support of pilot partners (Automotive Tier 1 suppliers and various Industrial companies)

•In charge of all communication activities (Security cameras, Screens, Speakers) for the Munich Airport “Automated People Mover” project•Preparation and implementation of communication testing activities•Main interface between the German customer and the US engineering team
