Also responsible for sales of all of Brasilsat products (antennas, connectors, shelters, towers, radios and cellular repeaters) for the Mercosul market. • New product development regarding its commercial viability through investment analysis, profit evaluation and the internal rate of return. • Responsible for customer services. The main goal was to ensure the delivery of products on time and with quality by interacting with the factory. • I managed a US$ 7 million contract, from August 2004 up to April 2005 for the manufacturing and exporting of towers to a company in Uruguay.* General Manager - connectors – April/98 to April/02• Management of 300 employees and all operations regarding the manufacturing and sales of coaxial connectors (project, production, sales, operations and logistics); I presented monthly to the company’s board of directors a business plan and a follow-up report for the entire operation related to connectors (cost, margins, productivity, planning, EBITDA). * Production manager – july/97 to april/98• Coordination of the antenna factory (UHF, VHF and panel antennas for mobile communication)
