Accelerating processing power for leading research universities, government agencies, fintech and aerospace companies, Adaptive Computing pioneered methods for supercomputer scheduling and communication.Responsible for full product lifecycle: specification, project management, architecture, development, devops, quality assurance, release, technical documentation. Drove several major releases, a $2M integration, and launched three new products. Worked with customers to identify needs and improve product quality. Managed relationships with third parties providing development and analytic services, and fostered partnerships with hardware technology providers.

Lead development teams through streamlined and optimized product development and customer escalation processes to release in-scope and on-time. Coordinated product and architecture to author, refine and implement new feature initiatives and product improvements including a new UI, greater performance, two code base changes, and deeper scalability. Worked to provide a positive and rewarding work environment with career advancement opportunities and extremely challenging customer problems to solve.

Joining a team of 30 spread across four countries, I took a primary role in new client acquisition and account management, working to ensure that the company was competitive and successful in the custom software/application market. I developed a strategy and managed a launch into the mobile services market, offering cross-platform mobile development in addition to the web and ecommerce solutions we were already delivering. I helped Surgeworks provide great design and development services to a number of medium and large companies including ResMed, the LDS Church and GoNabbit/Living Social.

Working directly with the co-founders to develop a product vision through sales feedback, marketing and support channels, I created and managed the product roadmap and online marketing strategy. I also helped explore business development opportunities and technology partnerships. I managed the creative and development teams, and ran scrums, trainings and brainstorm meetings to facilitate the advancement of the product through better technologies and internal processes. Bringing a methodical approach web analytics and multivariate testing, I led improvements that resulted in a 5x increase in the signup conversion rate.

Worked with executive team to evaluate new business opportunities, product initiatives and market strategies in a competitive market. Managed the product roadmap and produced competitive analyses, product specifications and project plans for creative and development teams to increase revenue and decrease operating costs. Oversaw projects and evangelized sound product development practices to coordinate online and email marketing, 3rd-party display advertising, creative and development teams. Led efforts to implement web analytics and multivariate testing to significantly improve customer acquisition and retention. Coordinated efforts with development teams in Los Angeles and Tel Aviv. After a period of significant growth MingleMatch was acquired by Spark Networks. During this transition and loss of our founders I provided key leadership in pushing our properties to a new level of success with increased resources.
