• Receive and place help desk calls for internal customers, performing technical work remotely or in person as needed• Image computers and thin client terminals according to specifications• Utilize Active Directory and Exchange Management to add, change and remove user and email configurations• Create, process and update issue tickets using Track-It• Utilize System Configuration Manager 2012• Perform remote troubleshooting and repair using TeamViewer and Remote Desktop• Work with engineers and administrators to resolve proprietary software issues• Document proprietary software issues and submit bug reports• Add and update pertinent information in Sharepoint
