After a strategic planning process I am pleased to implement the new vision for the OneVoice Movement.

I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to partner with the OneVoice Board of Directors to help the organization adapt to the challenges ahead, and evaluate the ways OneVoice can best support those making change on the ground in the region. After finalizing a strategic and structural review this summer, we look forward to reintroducing you to OneVoice soon.Violence is at its highest point in years and peace sometimes seems beyond our reach. We know too well that when the work gets hard many people shy away or can lose hope. In fact, that was why OneVoice was founded: at the height of the Second Intifada, with a recognition that in these times more than ever, moderate voices needed to be heard. Transforming the conflict is necessary for the safety and security of our friends and families throughout the region, for economic prosperity, and for environmental sustainability. OneVoice will never compromise that vision.

Implement the strategic fundraising direction of the OneVoice Movement to increase financial support and organizational awareness.Responsible for growing the organization’s major giving program and other fundraising campaigns and stewarding and soliciting individual and institutional support.

Leverage more than $12 million in annual major gifts from Harold Grinspoon to attract over $16 million in support from funding partners and philanthropists across the United States and Canada. -Key fundraiser for global, family focused, direct to consumer program reaching nearly 700,000 children each month.-Act as a leader for PJ Library, elevating and supporting staff to grow in their own leadership while steadily offering increased responsibility and accountability. -Oversee the creation of global donor communications and stewardship effort.-Elevate and support a growing major donor program to raise more than $8 million of undesignated annual funds that allows PJ Library to continue to adapt to families’ needs.-Create PJ Library’s “grassroots” fundraising program through the establishment of a yearly campaign and creation of a grandparent outreach program. Individual donors grew from less than 500 in 2015 to more than 14,000 in 2020.

Created and executed a fundraising strategy to allow philanthropist Charles Bronfman, the founder and sole funder of Slingshot, to step away within three years while growing the budget from $200,000 to almost $1,000,000. Led the incubation of Slingshot from its initial home at the Andrea and Charles Bronfman Philanthropies and established an independent, stable organization with a national footprint. Worked with dozens of funders and other stakeholders over six years to find sustainable funding as well as define a mission, vision, values, and governance structure. The Slingshot Fund is a pooled fund to highlight, encourage and provide capacity building grants to creative organizations that, though doing amazing work, often struggle to find support and attention from the established Jewish community.

Served as an onsite consultant to development departments for health care, higher education, religious institutions, and cultural centers in New York. Partnered with numerous not-for-profit organizations including the Apollo Theater, the Joe Torre Safe at Home Foundation, The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, the Helen Keller National Center, and the National Urban League.
