Help the RMSC be the Eclipse learning hub of the Rochester region, bring partners together to prepare for and celebrate the 2024 total solar eclipse, and connect our region with other efforts across the US, Canada, and Mexico. This included:* Co-Chair the Rochester Eclipse Taskforce * Coordinate 18 in-person and virtual meetings. Meetings included over 700 organizations and individuals over the three-year period.* Deliver over 100 presentations on the eclipse across the Greater Rochester Region and beyond* Coordinate, host, and MC the American Astronomical Society Eclipse workshop in October 2022* Successfully managed and helped fundraise $500,000* Led hands-on activities and demonstrations at over 40 festivals and large public events* Contributed to NOAA's Science on a Sphere eclipse data sets and scripts* Co-produced the ROC the Eclipse Festival - a three-day festival covering the entire RMSC grounds. Supported initiatives including the annual RIT Kids on Campus summer camp, the RIT Science \& Technology Entry Program (STEP), and RIT GEAR UP. Workshop examples include: creating giant Makey Makeys, cardboard furniture, physical data science with tools, paper circuits, and introduction to programming with the Adafruit Circuit Playground Express.

Curated and scheduled 68 speakers from the education, industry, event, museum, makerspace, and community sectors. Over 350 attendees at the summit, including state officials and former Senior Advisor of Making for the White House. Led social media groups, roundtables, and written newsletters to continue conversations and grow the statewide maker community.
