These projects varied in scopes and industries and were all completed with different cohorts within the program. • Strategic Company Project – Built a comprehensive go-to-market solution for a large Irish B2C eCommerce company looking to enter the B2B space. This involved working with a team analyzing the strategic value of various areas in the B2B market and providing a detailed strategy for implementing this initiative. Our team was awarded Top Company Strategic Project FTMBA 21• Scaling Project - Worked with an Irish SME in the digital media space to identify and build an effective compendium of metrics and key performance indicators to be used to monitor the strategic alignment in an upcoming scaling phase. The proposed plan is currently being implemented by the company. • Social Enterprise Project – Worked with a Dublin-based social enterprise that helped integrate people leaving prison back into society through work programs. Our scope was to discover a new revenue stream that would allow the organization to assist more people and provide an implementation plan. The project plan was just recently used to secure the additional funding needed for the organization to expand. • Marketing Project – The project scope was to develop a strategic plan for the UK-based SME in the fashion retail space to innovate their current services to deliver a superior value proposition.
